Price on application, due to the nature and scope required, this will require further detailed discussions with the client.
Examples include; our confidential and bespoke, 1 to 1 personal-safety consultancy service, our premises physical-penetration testing, and our management assessment, carousel exercises.
Mileage
The first 50 miles travel will not be charged to our clients, then it will be charged at £0.45 pence per mile (From our registered business address)
Accommodation
This will only be charged if it is required, e.g. due to the distance to your chosen venue, or the scheduling of the training sessions by you the client. e.g. an early start in a location not close to our office.
This will only charged at cost, we don’t do mark-ups!
Discounted rates
All costs will be discussed and agreed with the client beforehand, so there are no nasty surprises!
Multi-course tiered discounts are available to recognise loyalty and commitment to booking with us. **Conditions apply.
Tiered Pricing Structure
Discounts apply based on the total number of sessions, (full day, half day, or a mix) purchased within a single bundle.
Bundle Size – Discount Applied
1 – 3 sessions – 0% (Other VIP discounts and offers may be available throughout the year)
4 – 9 sessions – 5%
10 – 19 sessions – 10%
20+ sessions – 15%
Mixed Session Bundles
Where a bundle includes both full and half day sessions, each session is priced at its standard rate before the relevant bundle discount is applied to the total.
* ‘Active’ East Midlands Chamber and RSViP network members receive a 10% discount throughout 2026 (Proof required).
Payment schedule
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the booking.
Clients can choose to pay all costs upfront, an agreed percentage upfront, or choose to be billed after each session.
Training for Reality are committed to payment flexibility for each client.
