Personality assessments – Relationship intelligence
Target Audience – This course is designed for professionals seeking to deepen their selfawareness, enhance relationship intelligence, and foster more productive interactions in the workplace.
Ideal participants include:
Managers and Team Leaders who want to better understand their own leadership style and improve team dynamics through relational insight.
HR Professionals and Coaches looking to integrate personality assessments into development plans, conflict resolution, or performance reviews.
Established Teams aiming to strengthen collaboration, reduce friction, and build trust through shared understanding of motivational values and conflict styles.
Individual Contributors from diverse teams who are curious about their behavioural patterns and want to improve communication and influence.
Organisations committed to cultivating emotionally intelligent cultures where feedback, reflection, and personal growth are embedded in everyday practice.
Course Aim – The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a powerful workplace personality assessment that provides deep insights into your motivations, behaviours, and relationship dynamics in professional settings.
These insights help you know yourself more fully, understand others more accurately, manage yourself more effectively, and achieve better results by building healthier relationships.
The course is designed to take delegates through their personal report and provides an understanding of who you are at your core.
Whether you’re leading a team, navigating complex relationships, or simply striving to understand yourself and others more deeply, this course offers a transformational experience tailored to your unique personality profile.
Course Content – Delegates will discover 4 views of themselves:
Their Motivational Values System (MVS) – i.e. are they Performance (RED), People (BLUE), Process (GREEN) biased, or a close blend of all 3 (HUB), and how that plays out when opposites are interacting with each other
Their Conflict Sequence – i.e. how best to interact with others to avoid conflict whilst maintaining what they hold dear, their core values!
Their Strengths portrait – i.e. what works well for them in relationships
Their Overdone Strengths portrait – the overdone, non-productive strengths that when overdone, can be counter-productive for them, and upset and trigger colleagues
Individual Benefits – Once delegates have a deeper understanding of how motivational values, conflict, and strengths affect their behaviours, this leads to greater appreciation and acceptance of others, and the ability to build and maintain great relationships. This helps individuals build more effective, mutually rewarding and sustainable relationships.
Delegates will be more self-aware and able to anticipate and prevent unnecessary conflict, spot it more quickly when it happens, and manage it to ensure a more mutually beneficial and productive resolution.
Organisational Benefits – Organisations will have more cohesive teams because individual team members will have developed a more empathetic and mutually respectful understanding of each other’s values and motivations. This will result in less inter-personal conflict, less HR related consequences from fall-outs, and a much more productive workforce. Happier employees are more likely to stay with the organisation, resulting in less staff turnover and better overall well-being and team dynamics.
The cost includes a full days specialist training delivery which importantly translates the meaning of the report into practical application and its relevance in the workplace and each delegate leaves with an individualised and detailed personal report outlining their motivational values bias and conflict sequence.
