Teamwork and Leadership Exercises

Target Audience

Inspired by both Military officer and Police assessment and selection training, these teamwork and leadership exercises have been adapted for the professional development of individuals and teams, from across a wide-range of civilian industries, e.g.

Corporate Teams & Managers,
HR, L&D, and Talent Development Professionals,
Graduate & Early Career Programmes,
Public Sector Teams (Local Government, NHS, etc.)

Course Aim – To provide delegates with an opportunity to test and develop the various key elements of their teamwork and leadership skills, by completing a series of varied assessed tasks as part of a group.

Course Content – A series of physical and mental challenges will be set by the former Military and Police instructors which assess the abilities of the delegates to operate both as a team leader and a team member.
